What kind of service can I expect to back up the bags?

We offer a lifetime guarantee for workmanship and materials. We pride ourselves on our ability to stand behind our products.

If, for some reason, I do not like the bags, can I return them?

Of course, send them back and we will refund your entire purchase price. We do not have a restocking fee.

Why did Osprey Limited use fiberglas in the Buffalo Spirit Bags?

Our Buffalo Spirit line of bags feature fiberglas backs with leather sides, tops and fronts. Fiberglas is stronger and more durable than the ABS plastic used in most Harley-Davidson bags, and triple the manufacturing cost. Fiberglas will not crack in the cold or soften in the heat, as ABS plastic does and, unlike ABS plastic, fiberglas backs do not require the reinforcement of an unsightly external metal frame.

Osprey Limited's saddlebags are priced below those other manufacturers. Does this mean they are of lesser quality?

Absolutely not! The bags are very well constructed and state-of-the-art. We have been designing and making saddlebags for over twenty-five years. We feel we offer the best value for saddlebags on the market today.

Will the metal (buckles, rivets, spots, internal brackets, conchos and teardrops) rust?

Of course not. They are all made from nickel plated solid brass.

What kind of thread do you use?

We use heavy-duty nylon thread which is resistant to wear and rotting.

How do I care for the leather?

Rub a liquid conditioning oil on the bag's cd surface at least once a month during the riding season. Also oil the bags after each soaking.
