What kind of service can I expect to back up the bags?

We offer a lifetime guarantee for workmanship and materials. We pride ourselves on our ability to stand behind our products.

 

Can I return the saddlebags?

To obtain a refund for the saddlebags or other custom made items the items or saddlebags must be returned within thirty days.

 

 If, for some reason, I do not like the bags, can I return them?

Of course, send them back and we will refund your entire purchase price. We do not have a restocking fee. However if the saddlebags back’s are drilled out and or the brackets have been mounted the bags and brackets are not returnable for a refund..

 

 Osprey Limited’s saddlebags are priced below those other manufacturers. Does this mean they are of lesser quality?

Absolutely not! The bags are very well constructed and state-of-the-art. We have been designing and making saddlebags for over twenty-five years. We feel we offer the best value for saddlebags on the market today.

 

Will the metal (buckles, rivets, spots, internal brackets, conchos and teardrops) rust?

Of course not. They are all made from nickel plated solid brass.

 

What kind of thread do you use?

We use heavy-duty nylon thread which is resistant to wear and rotting.

 

How do I care for the leather?

Rub a liquid conditioning oil on the bag’s CD surface at least once a month during the riding season. Also oil the bags after each soaking.
